Mark Trover of Indiana had a job and access to health insurance, but the premiums and co-pays were too high for him to afford. A doctor had prescribed medicine for his dangerously high blood pressure, but the cost was high and Trover stopped filling the prescription.
We, the undersigned, call for Ind. Attorney General Curtis Hill Jr. to withdraw Indiana from the shameful lawsuit joining 19 other states Attorneys General to invalidate the Affordable Care Act and specifically take away protections for people with pre-existing health conditions.

Did anyone see the news release from the Indiana Attorney General's office on Feb. 27 this year? The one where AG Curtis Hill announced that Indiana "has joined a 20-state coalition urging a federal district court in Texas to hold the Affordable Care Act's individual mandate is unconstitutional."
